About the role

We’re looking to expand our team by bringing on a critical role to support the retail marketing production team. A primary focus of this role is managing the retail marketing and community production budgets – tracking estimates and invoices, cutting PO’s, and reconciling expenses on a monthly basis.

This role will be responsible for maintaining the internal master store distro lists, as well as the vendor facing seasonal distro lists. This role will manage the marketing hotline and storefront platform and will work closely with production vendors and Athleta store contacts. Another key focus will be on supporting new store openings through ensuring all necessary surveys are completed and marketing materials are delivered on time.

Additionally, this role will be crucial in supporting new material sourcing, testing, and helping to improve and maintain the usage of sustainable materials in all marketing production. It is crucial that the Associate Manager feel comfortable working cross-functionally with several different teams and vendors to ensure records are accurate and work is completed successfully and on time.

Who you are

·

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·

2+ years in business support, preferably in a retail

·

Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

·

Detail oriented with strong follow through and problem-solving skills

·

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects

·

Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

·

Creative and flexible thinker with the ability to react to change
