About the role

We’re looking for an Associate Digital Producer, focusing on the Daily Deals Program and promotional marketing projects. In thisrole, you’re a key business partner for the online marketers who strategize andbrief the Daily Deals Program and promotional in-season discounts. You’ll be anexpert in the promotional marketing calendar and project pipeline, owningproject schedules and tracking to successful launch of online promotions andtheir associated marketing collateral across email, desktop and mobilechannels.

  • Project management of US & Canada email and site content from delivery to execution.

  • Creating and tracking project milestones and deliverables in web-based project management tools (we’re heavy users of WorkFont.)

  • Coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising and Program Management to execute impactful email and site assets that meet business driving objectives. Clear and effective communication of project requirements across stakeholders and functions.

  • Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to spec.

  • Managing offer detail nuance between US and Canada markets.

  • Testing and QA of pre-launch digital content -- identifying bugs and incorrect links.

  • Execute set up of Movable Ink product scrape codes for all US, Canada English and French related assets.

  • Managing linking setup and approval for all email campaigns.

  • Keeping to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities on an hourly basis.

  • Helps to train and mentor junior members of the team as needed.

Who you are

  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.

  • High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.

  • Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.

  • Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.

  • Experience with content management systems and a working knowledge of how web content is created and deployed.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
