About the role
We are looking for an experienced Manager of Performance Marketing to accelerate Hill City’s growth. The ideal candidate will excel at building and developing marketing strategies across multiple programs and platforms, quickly testing and measuring the effectiveness of each, and optimizing the mix for both cost effectiveness and growth. This role is in San Francisco and reports to the Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations and works collaboratively with all team functions, including Creative, Product, Ecommerce, Operations and partners within Gap Inc.
What you'll do
Own all aspects of performance marketing, managing multiple agency and technology relationships to deliver and exceed customer acquisition and growth targets
Identify, test and implement new performance-marketing opportunities that deliver against our investments
Co-manage performance marketing budget and distribution and refinement of the budget
Manage day-to-day reporting of marketing analytics associated with performance marketing
Build and refine reporting and best operating practices for performance marketing function
Own weekly sharing of performance marketing analytics and assessment
Provide support in building annual and seasonal marketing budgets
Provide support in development of brand marketing strategy and campaign marketing strategy

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with brand marketing strategy, marketing planning, digital marketing and communications experience with fashion/apparel, consumer brand and/or marketing agency
Willing and able to travel as business requires
