About the role
The digital product management team is seeking a Senior manager product management of Personalization to buildout a cutting-edge platform that will enable our brands to deliver delightful personalized experiences to our customers. This person will drive the product vision , strategy , define roadmaps and work closely with key stakeholders to build and drive adoption of the platform.
Additionally, this role will be a thought leader and drive partnership with the growth and brand teams on emerging personalization capabilities.
What you'll do
Identify opportunities, analyze business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritize and negotiate initiatives to develop roadmap that delivers on the vision and strategy. Socialize roadmap and product lifecycle regularly with senior leadership.
Contribute and collaborate in building a long range plan to achieve business goals.
Partner with end users of the platform to drive adoption and bring use cases to life.
Meet regularly with Data and Analytics teams to identify key customer segments and define growth opportunities.
Partner with key stakeholders across growth and brand teams to define business needs and requirements to deliver engaging experiences for our customers.
Evaluate and build roadmaps for algorithmic merchandising and personalization strategies.
Conduct A/B experiments on personalization algorithms and new personalization capabilities, measure post-delivery metrics and iterate for optimization.
Who you are
Strong product management experience in martech /personalization space
Experience building and/or using martech & personalization tools (CMS, Campaign management, A/B testing platforms)
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability influence others in and across teams
Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive core KPI analysis
Experience working with cross functional teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements
Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications.
Experience in managing vendor and internal relationships, to effectively communicate realistic expectations.
5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce
Bachelor’s Degree. MS/MBA preferred
