Sean’s Journey from Team Member to Team Leader
Starting as a seasonal merchandise handler in 2017 and growing into an operations supervisor, Sean Doyle built his career in our supply chain supporting the incredible journey our products make to reach retail stores and customer homes. Today, Sean leads a team that supports continuous improvement to our customer experience using data metrics and reporting.
Since joining the team, Sean has taken on several roles to gain a variety of experience, develop new skills, and keep life interesting – from a seasonal merchandise handler to recruitment coordinator to resource planning analyst to his role today. Along his career journey, he’s partnered with some amazing and solution-oriented leaders who believed and invested in his growth and development.

He and his leaders are committed to supporting the operations team in the best way to drive success—from planning shift production, to implementing safety and training programs, to creating a sense and belonging, and beyond.
