More than the clothes we create, Gap Inc. is defined by its people. Meet some of the talented people who make Gap Inc. great. #WeAreGapInc

What do you do for Gap Inc.?
I’m a graphic designer at Old Navy in the marketing department. I help concept and design environmental experiences that connect our audiences with our product.

What inspires you?
My surroundings — creative talent at work, supportive family and friends, and this beautiful city. These all inspire me to be creative, to keep going, and to just live life.

Style personality:
Comfy and sometimes girly.

Go-to outfit:
Sweatshirt, jeans, and sneakers.

All-time favorite piece of clothing:
A sweatshirt that says, “SLOW JAMS,” because I love sweatshirts and I love slow jams.

What you’ve learned from customers:
They aren’t afraid to tell you what’s on their mind. And that really helps us to become a better and stronger brand.

Favorite Gap Inc. moment:
Seeing my work live in stores for the first time. And my friends and family sending me selfies of themselves posing with my designs.

First job:
A café cashier/barista at a sports club in Novato, CA.

Epiphany moment:
Everything happens for a reason. During my last quarter before I graduated with my bachelor’s in business, I took on a marketing internship. During my time there, I designed a lot of fliers (granted it wasn't my best work, but I loved doing it). It made me realize that I wasn’t meant to be a businesswoman, and instead I should be a designer. A year later, I enrolled in design school and here I am...

Always puts you in a good mood:
Being next to my dogs.

Theme song:
“Hey Mr. D.J.” by Zhané. Never fails to get me in the groove.

Something people don’t know about you:
I started Tae Kwon Do when I was 7 years old and I’m a 2nd degree black belt.

What makes you most excited to come to work in the morning?
My coworkers. I really love the work I do, and having people that I love to work with makes it all the better.

What makes your job unique?
I get to design things that can create change. I think that’s pretty cool.

Why Gap Inc.?
The company not only cares about its employees, but also cares about giving back to the community.
