How can I make a return?
For purchases made between January 1 and March 31, 2020, we have extended our return window to July 1, 2020.
Are you still open online?
Yes – we are open for business for our customers across all of our brands online. We’re offering free shipping on all purchases of $25 or more at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta and Hill City.
Because our stores are closed, our brands are currently not offering Pick-Up In Store options. Any previous unclaimed orders will be returned and credit will go back to the credit card used.
Why is my shipment taking longer than usual?
Some customers may experience shipping delays as Gap Inc. is taking extra precautions in our fulfillment centers as we work to keep our teams safe. We thank you for understanding.
How are you keeping your distribution centers safe?
We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our Distribution Centers. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.
How are you taking care of your teams?
To support its impacted employees, particularly its store teams, Gap Inc. has set up an Employee Resource Center, including resources to identify and apply for temporary roles at other retailers that remain open and hiring. Details are available here.
In our distribution centers, our teams are working on an adjusted shift schedule and have implemented a Continued Pay policy.
What are you doing to give back?
Gap Inc. Is looking at all opportunities to give back to our communities during this crisis. We have a small cross-brand, cross-functional team who are connecting some of the largest hospital networks in California with our vendors to deliver PPE supplies. We are also working on pivoting resources so our factory partners can make masks, gowns and scrubs for healthcare workers on the front lines.
