About the role

Firstline supervisor responsible for supervising Merchandise Handlers responsiblefor auditing merchandise throughout the campus. Trains, coaches anddevelops associates on efficient audit methods. Monitor all resultsfor the function and determines changes that are needed in procedures orconditions that could affect function effectiveness andefficiency. Role is a key member of the Global Quality managementteam as well as Fresno campus leadership team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of Merchandise Handlers to ensure that quality inspections, to include DC Audits, Escalations, Vendor Charge Backs and Return to Vendor (RTV’s), are completed and reported with a high level of accuracy on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Assess and validate potential apparel and accessories quality issues identified in the audits – providing observations and appropriate supporting materials to enable headquarters and sourcing teams to drive corrective action

  • Collect, compile, trackeport statistical quality data with high level of accuracy and timeliness

  • Build credibility with business partners through effective communication, collaboration and deliverables through data analysis to improve practices, mitigate risk, optimize technology and enhance decision making to meet/exceed goals

  • Identify, implement and deliver quality audit-related process improvements on the campus to improve efficiencies

  • Drive for results using a high sense of urgency to identify solutions when faced with competing priorities to provide recommendations and deliver change

  • Meet/exceed results with competing deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Who you are

  • 5-7 years of apparel quality management experience + Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience

  • Experience with making decisions and leading a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office and systems to gather and analyze data for submission, analysis and resolution
