About the role

Join our Gap team and support our new Customization Station where you’ll help customers create their own customized


through embroidery, print

and more.

As a Customization Brand Associate, you bring our brand to life for customers through a customized experience by helping them design custom denim through embroidery, print and more. Engage and connect with customers and provide service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product, love denim and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer.

Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using customization.
  • Enhance customer experience using all omni-channel offerings.
  • Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
  • Handle all customer interactions and potential issueseturns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Who you are

  • Creative and customer-focused to deliver an exceptional experience for customers.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
  • Passion for design, creativity and product.
  • Familiar with sewing machines / technology.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • Able to utilize retail technology, Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability between 10:00am – 9:00pm, approximately 16-20 hours per week. Additional hours available during holiday season
