About the role

The OIS team provides Purchase Order Sizing, Packing, tracking, and reconciliation support, in service to the Digital Merchandising (DM) team. They own the post PO creation S/P process and work collaboratively with their DM teams in helping to identify issues with PO’s and facilitate communication to their cross functional partners so a resolution can be reached. They also own the execution of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Merchandise Performance reports that summarize results and inform business decisions for the brand.

• Sizing and Packing Post PO creation, including calling out errors and working with DM’s to resolve issues during S/P process for seasonal Buy process, Monthly Bookings, and Rapid Response Re-orders.
• Monthly Receipt Reconciliation to pass off to DM team
• Daily/Weekly report creation (Daily Demand/ NDGM/ Promo Toll)
• Monthly style Merchandise Performance report (“Monthly Financials”)
• Quarterly Hindsight/Midsight Style Performance report
• Adhoc maintenance for styles changing season code in season
• Adhoc PO maintenance as necessary (ie Dummy PO’s, PO activation/deactivation, etc)
