About the role
In this role you will provide support to our stores in the U.S. and Canada as it pertains to Armored Car services. This role supports a Senior Analyst to ensure that all new store openings and closures are processed timely and accurately. You will be expected to preform various work assignments independently.
What you'll do
Responsible for managing and facilitating armored car services, opening, closing and relocation stores bank accounts, store’s banking supplies, coin orders set ups for stores and finding alternative ways to achieve objectives when faced with obstacles
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for armored car services
Analyzes and communicates opportunities for improvement and performs various ad-hoc reporting and support special projects
Accountable for delivering excellent customer service when providing support for the stores and collaborating with armored carriers to solve issues
Responsible for analyzing the monthly armored car fees
Demonstrate organizational skills, customer service, problem resolution skills, and show the initiative to be able to drive results and achieve goals with minimum direction
Who you are
1 to 2 years experience in a financial environment with an understanding of accounting principles or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong problem solving and follow-up skills and ability to respond to phone inquiries in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks and work effectively under critical deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with upper management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete a process from start to finish
Working knowledge of Access (including running queries and understanding data outputs)
Intermediate Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and IF/THEN statements)
