About the role

TheStore Planning Analyst provides support in the creation, management andexecution of store planning strategies to deliver or exceed financial goals formultiple Old Navy markets and channels.


What you'll do

  • Providerelevant data and reporting focused on the product and location intersectionthat maximize return on investment

  • Createand maintain accuracy of store level databases and systems to support storesales and inventory plans

  • Abilityto gather, manipulate and interpret large amounts of data

  • Detailoriented in execution

  • Identifyissues and recognize opportunities to improve Store Planning business analysis,processes, and tools

  • Abilityto work independently and with teams interchangeably to deliver results

  • Ownprofessional development in collaboration with manager

  • Support/participatein a collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment

Who you are

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience

  • 1-2years work experience preferred

  • Financialand Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and businessindicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results;proficiency in retail math

  • ProblemSolving & Decision Quality: Able to use rigorous logic and methods tosolve problems with effective solutions

  • Influencing& Negotiation: Can present ideas and directions that lead others toaction

  • Systemsand Tools Acumen: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably Accesswith an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly

  • Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diversegroup of business partners

  • Organization:Highly organized and strong time management skills.

    Strong attention to detail.

  • Communication:Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and onpaper.

    Strong listening skills.
