About the role
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success for the Contact Center through development of recruiting plans, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to attract and hire the best possible talent to meet the hiring goals. The Human Resource Generalist will also assist in other HR areas including LOA’s, Performance Management, Disciplinary action and policy interpretation.

Assist in the creation and execution of the talent acquisition strategy for the Contact Center(s) exempt and non-exempt positions
Ability to execute recruiting strategy – This may include job posting optimization, recruiting market channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and other sources.
Responsible for the exempt and non-exempt full cycle recruitment in partnership with business leaders and/or hiring Managers. Including but not limited to job postings, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, offer recommendation and onboarding duties.
Conduct fast-paced, high volume recruitment for the Contact Center to meet business objectives and Talent Acquisition goals.
Explore and research market best practices including building a network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and other strategic alliances to build a “best in class” recruiting and execution strategy.
Partner with leadership to identify and problem solve to recruitingetention obstacles in the areas of turnover, market conditions and specific issues, including defining, tracking and analyzing staffing metrics
Interact daily with employees to ensure an open line of communication is maintained in order to identify and address any issues, needs and/or concerns.
Provide quality frontline HR customer service to employees and business partners in the RCC, OCC and Remote / Home agents.
Consult and advise leaders on performance management, corrective action and other behavioral issues.
Who you are
AA / BA / BS in Human Resources or a related business field is preferred.
PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
2-4 years of related Talent Acquisition experience with Exempt and Non-Exempt Recruiting required.
2-4 years prior high volume, non-exempt recruitment experience required.
Must possess a sound knowledge of management-labor relations, employment law, practices and procedures within Human Resources Management.
1+ years of experience in Contact Center environment preferred.
Working knowledge and understanding of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Experience with Taleo or other e-recruiting system preferred.
PC skills: Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Access and/or other software and database skills
