About the role

We’re looking for an L&D Coordinator to support our New York Gap Inc. Learning & Development initatives. In this role, you will support our professional development and functional training teams through successful data entry, calendaring for L&D offerings, logistics for classes, meetings & events, and management of Outlook mailbox, emails, and inquires. Those who are reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, passionate, and skilled at working with others would be successful in this role.

What you'll do

  • Admin support, data entry, and calendaring for orientation, professional development, and functional training offerings
  • Manage logistics for classes, meetings & events, including room set-ups, ZOOM conferencing, catering, ordering and prepping materials and supplies
  • Manage Outlook mailboxes and calendars, distribute emails, response and follow-up on inquiries
  • Manage development of classes in Gap Inc.’s Learning Management System (LMS), create class rosters, provide attendance credit
  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders and facilities/operations/IT partners
  • Assist with adhoc projects and other operational, administrative tasks as assigned

Who you are

  • Minimum three to five years administrative or HR experience
  • Extremely reliable and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks within tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • High professional standards; strong customer service mentality and positive “can do” attitude
