About the role
This position’s primary responsibility is to create reporting and analyze data for construction workload and LP technology equipment, assist with RVA (CCTV Remote Viewing Access), and managing procurement for LP Technology projects. This position is responsible for performing multiple responsibilities of varying scopes and complexity concurrently, while meeting all timelines and quality expectations.
Support Loss Prevention Leadership and Field Organization Directors, Regional Loss Prevention Managers, and Brand Operations on special projects. Identify and implement process improvements under the direction and supervision of management to maximize efficiencies and improve service level for Loss Prevention.
What you'll do
Reporting and Analyzing Construction Project workload (tracking budget and key milestones weekly/monthly /quarterly) - 30%
Reporting and Analyzing LP Technology Assets & Programs – 30%
Administering RVA (CCTV Remote Viewing Access) Logins and troubleshooting – 20%
Managing the invoicing and procurement process for LP Technology vendors – 20%
Who you are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
Proficient in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel etc.)
Proficient in advanced level of Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and training skills
Must have strong organizational skills, including follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and creatively with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Team player with great flexibility
Basic understanding of LP technology equipment(CCTV, Burglar Alarm, Access Control, and EAS) functionalities, industry terminology and practices
Basic understanding of construction terminology and drawings helpful
