About the role

TheProject Manager of Employee Engagementsupports the Athleta Store Operations team to create effective communication,tools and resources that drive increased field execution and improved productsell through in stores. This role is responsible for creating, executing anddriving results for programs that support the employee experience including contests,rewards & recognition programs, and sustainability initiatives for Athleta stores.This role will also support driving improvements to Athleta’s employee focusedoperating model.

This role will interact withcross brand, cross functional and cross channel business partners and workswith the Manager of Strategic Initiatives to influence key business partnersacross all functions and channels and represents the voice of the field in allinteraction.

What you'll do

  • Builds strongcross-functional partnerships at all levels with Store Operations, StoreLeadership Teams, Upper Field Leaders, Learning & Development,Communications and Human Resources amongst others.

  • Represents Stores and StoreOperations with other business partners; acts as an advocate for Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

·

Manage in store execution of employee initiatives through effective programs, tools andresources that help stores drive the customer and employee experience

·

Lead, developand influence Reward & Recognition programs to ensure flawless engagement through effectivecommunication, details and timing when released to stores

·

Lead and hold full accountability forall employee initiatives including contests, rewards and recognition

·

Develop andinfluence strategies to ensure flawless executionthrough effective timing, details and communication to stores

·

Coordinate field feedback to support employee engagementfeedback and apply that to future initiatives

·

Recommend change management strategies toeffectively implement initiatives

·

Oversee andexecute all store communication associatedwith employee engagement initiatives

·

Collaborate with Field and HQ teams to determine opportunities for processimprovement

·

Analyze and propose solutions, within brand store environment

·

Analyze competitors to enable best in class processes

Retail Stores experience preferred

·

Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
