About the role

Reporting to the Head of Regional HR Business Partner, support the development and execution of HR solutions to attract, develop, motivate and engage talent in driving business growth.

What you'll do

  • Leads the implementation of key talent initiatives for designated business client groups across the Region; assesses the people and organizational implications of achieving the people strategy.
  • Acts as a resource to business leaders on all aspects of talent management cycle, including: Staffing/Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Strategies, Development, Employee Relations and Management Coaching.
  • Partners with HR Centre of Excellence and operations teams to facilitate execution of talent strategies seamlessly in supporting business directions.
  • Integrates ideas, provides innovative solutions and develops best practices consistent with Gap Inc. culture to ensure optimal support of the functions and the business.
  • Drives behavior and culture change in support of company values and initiatives

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in business or HR related discipline
  • At least 7 years of solid HR generalist experience, preferably in multinational companies; Regional exposure is definite an advantage.
  • Energetic, proactive and able to build effective relationship with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with diversified teams
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and enjoys generalist work in a fast paced, dynamic organization.
