About the role

The Operations Coordinator provides support to the Corporate Services and Corporate Facilities team through procurement coordination and other administrative duties.

What you'll do

  • Oversees all aspects of purchase orders and invoice processing including inputting and managing orders through completion for the Corporate Cafes, Global Corporate Travel, Global Corporate Events, and Facilities Planning teams
  • Open check requisitions and remit commission and rebate checks
  • Set-up and maintain suppliers in the procurement system
  • Manage multiple project tasks with business partners and outside vendors of varying scopes concurrently, while meeting all timelines and quality expectations.
  • Proactively communicates critical issues appropriately.
  • Ability to establish a rapport with customers, vendors and business partners, genuinely conveying a sense of understanding, concern and, when necessary, urgency.

Who you are

  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement experience
  • Proficiencies in Oracle Procurement, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
