About the role

Job Lead planning, implementation and execution of sourcing strategy. Lead the development of business cases and cost/benefit analysis to be presented to stakeholders. Support the creation and implementation of programs to assess and promote supplier performance development including: establishing quarterly and annual goals, and conducting quarterly business reviews. Lead sourcing activities in partnership with cross functional team with supplier section, price negation, and bid evaluation processes.

Who you are

Education: Bachelor’s degree of foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field and 6 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in job offered, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience and/or education must include:

1. Negotiations, building strategic relations and partnerships with suppliers;

2. Supplier segmentation and spend analysis;

3. Strategic supplier partnership and supply chain management;

4. Analyze product delivery or supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes;

5. Led cross-functional teams by managing resources, equipment and capacity requirements;

6. Mitigated business and legal risks by negotiating contracts;

7. Draft Contract SOWs; and

8. Porter Five Forces and SWOT
