About the role
The Project Manager of Supply Chain Store Productivity supports the Store Productivity team to create effective communication, tools and resources that drive increased field execution and improved product sell through in stores.
This role helps to design, document, and evaluate processes to efficiently operate our stores while helping to identify improvement opportunities and cost/benefit of implemented solutions. The role will evaluate Supply Chain standard operating procedures and deliver best practices that drive efficiency and productivity in our Gap Inc., fleet of stores. This role will be working through complexities in stores to assess productivity-impacting aspects of our operations, determines resource gaps and supports sustainable solutions that increase the efficiency of our teams and the profitability of our stores.
This role works with the Director of Process Engineering and Compliance to influence key business partners across all brands, functions and channels and represents the voice of the field and customers in all interactions.
Assess current and new processes

of Supply Chain related Standard Operating Procedures
