About the role

TheDirector, Real Estate Growth &Operations leads the strategy and vision for our Real Estate and StoreMaintenance in our Gap Inc. North America fleet. This role will independently drive operatingstandards, procedures, square footage productivity, and other operational strategieswhich impact all brands for the future. This role will effectively manage financial budgets and programs inpartnership with other functions to ensure we deliver on time and fiscallyresponsible.

The Director, Real EstateGrowth & Operations will work to achieve operational excellence, and willenable teams to understand, celebrate and sell our product through a wellmaintained, right sized fleet and leads real estate initiatives deliveringgrowth. This Director will work closely with Store Operations & FieldLeadership to identify business needs and then provide the tools and resourcesnecessary to act upon them. Theywill inspire others and foster a culture of continuous growth and evolution.They will help us evolve from running stores to creating a Gap Inc. experiencethat’s an integrated part of our customer’s lives, setting us apart fromcompetitors and helping us drive results

Manages & Follows Up on initiatives designed to drive external and internalcustomer satisfaction and business efficiencies.

Develops and manages budgetsesources for Real Estate supplies, initiatives,remodels, and projects and travel.

·

Acts as a trusted advisor to senior directors, keeping the Brandcompetitive while understanding the impact of initiatives on customerexperience, store workload, employee engagement, and compliance.

Analyzes opportunities, drives results and measures the success of initiatives inthe store environment.

·

Maintains working global knowledge of competitor practices;provides benchmarking and key insights.

·

Partners with Store Operations Leadership Team to define, prioritize, andimplement strategic initiatives in support of divisional strategies anddivisional financial goals.

Collaborates with Field and HQ teams to determine opportunities for processimprovement.

·

Preserves Brand image and priorities in stores, with customer asthe primary focus.

·

Develops individuals; provides thoughtful and timely feedback.
