About the role

Rethinking the way we work is no small task -- and it’s not an extracurricular activity. You will be part of a full-time, dedicated team focused on productivity and efficiencies within the Finance area, doing work across the enterprise. You will evaluate improvement opportunities, execute against our savings goal, and help instill a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. This work is critical to our balanced growth strategy and will allow us to clear the airspace necessary to invest in growth segments of the business and in the capabilities to better serve our customers and evolve our business.

What you'll do

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support pillar work stream and drive decision making
  • Evaluate key processes for improvement (i.e. Unique, Similar, Scaled)
  • Use deep functional expertise in Finance to recommend and implement solutions
  • Support pipeline of recommendations and prioritization for leadership alignment
  • Plan and forecast project schedules and budget
  • Create and update project plans, status, and risks; communicate to stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide direction to project team members, understand resource capability and successfully drive results
  • Find solutions quickly and with confidence – lead the way forward

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Finance, including financial modeling
  • Strong business partnering and team player skills
  • Experience working on medium to large projects a plus
  • Can approach challenges and ideas with an objective point of view
  • Familiarity with internal finance systems and processes (Essbase, Oracle, etc.)
