About the role

Associate Marketing Manager, Loyalty Marketing, Old Navy

GENERAL

The Old Navy Loyalty Marketing team drives customer growth andaffinity for Old Navy brand through our loyalty programs: our private labelcredit card and soon to be expanding BRIGHT loyalty program. The team isresponsible for growth and retention of our best customer segments throughmarketing efforts across all customer touchpoints. The Associate Manager is anintegral part of the team and supports the implementation and management ofthese cross-functional efforts. This role will serve as a key liaison betweenthe brand, central teams and our external partners.

The team is a data and insight driven function that managescustomer engagement through direct and experiential marketing. The rolerequires strong analytical, project management, and creative abilities acrossthe traditional CRM discipline as well as the skill to develop highly effectivecross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders within a complex globalmatrix environment. This position is ideal for a team player who has strongproject management, analytical, and marketing skills, and who enjoysrelationship building and working across a cross-functional team environment.

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·

Pull weekly reporting and business recappingfor Old Navy card performance

·

Generate campaign reporting and analysis and communicateresults to key business partners

·

Analyze and interpret financial data andprogram results to report in-season traction, inform hindsight and strategy

·

Apply multi-channel marketinganalytics experience to transform business questions into actionable insights

·

Run deep-dive customer analysesto answer business questions to drive loyalty strategies

·

Comfortable with owning projects and creatingproject plan for test initiatives, including identification of key issues,analysis, development of hypotheses and conclusions and presentation of findings

·

Support monthly credit card forecasting byproviding reporting and analysis

·

Develop and manage annual expense budget, openand close POs, forecast and actualize expenses

·

Identify and recommend areas of opportunityand ways to maximize marketing program efficiencies and ROI

·

Supports both Retention and Acquisition leadsby executing ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks

Who you are

ROLEREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

·

3-5+ years of relevant work experience inMarketing or related field

·

Strong financial acumen – analytically curiousand comfortable with excel, data and spreadsheets

·

Exceptional hypothesis drivenproblem solving and critical thinking skills

·

Preferred experience inretail marketing and e-commerce

·

Ability to prioritize and work independentlywhile also partnering cooperatively and collaborating with cross-functionalteams

·

Flexible and able to adapt solutions toevolving needs of the business, customer trends and leadership styles

·

Strong organizational and time managementskills

·

Results-oriented, timeliness, attention to detailand accuracy

·

Strong verbal, written communication andinterpersonal skills required

·

Bachelor’s Degree required
