What is Human Resources Operations Center (HROC)?
HROC is a centralized and virtual call center supported by Gap Inc. HR representatives to provide support to all Field, DC and HQ employees in the US and Canada. This includes connecting employees to vital resources and providing accurate and relevant information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
What is the purpose?
The purpose of HROC is to create a caring and connected employee experience while providing a consistent and effective way to increase the safety and well-being of our employees. HROC is an employee resource for all US & Canada employees to answer questions related to COVID-19.
Store employees are encouraged to reach out to their GM if they have received a confirmed case of COVID-19 or a member of their direct household has received a confirmed case of COVID-19.

English and Spanish: Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. PST – 6 p.m. PST
French Canadian: Monday-Friday, 9a.m. EST – 5 p.m. EST
