TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

We invest in education for employees with innovative training as well as a tuition reimbursement benefit, which may be used in conjunction with our Community College program.

SAVINGS + RETIREMENT

We want to make it easier for our employees to meet their financial goals. Our GapShare Registered Retirement Savings Plan provides a company match for contributions up to four percent of an employee’s base pay. You can also invest in the company through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

We offer an opportunity for employees to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan allowing employees to contribute a percentage of their base pay to Gap Inc. stock at a discount.

VOLUNTEERING

Eligible employees can take time each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Gap Inc. also matches donations employees make to charities of their choice up to an annual limit based on the employee’s job level or will match donations from $25-2,500 for all qualifying charitable organizations.
